My friend has all of his toes amputated on one foot, can he scuba dive?

Do you know how to get a modified diving fin for amputated toes?

He actually should not need to modify his fins. If he uses open heel fins, there should be enough adjustment in the fin strap to compensate for the lost toes to make it fit comfortably. He may need to invest in a smaller booty for that foot though so that it fits properly.

Scuba divers, what is your favorite fin?

take a regular fin and stuff a sock or something like that into the toes , may need to adjust till comfy

It should not be a problem so long as the fins he uses are comfortable and fit properly.

He probably won’t need to! Most of the movement starts at the hips.
