Ah good point. I agree with you: I don’t approve of contact with the coral (which, if those that don’t know, can destroy decades of growth in a few seconds.)
Mooring the boat should be done at established mooring lines. I know HEPCA is involved in this activity but obviously not gone this far or the mooring lines were destroyed somehow.
I happened to know the boat was an independent subcontractor to Emperor and we were their last charter. (It was M/V Spirit of Folk back in 2005.)
