If you’re going scuba diving, then dressing in scuba gear is absolutely necessary.
If you’re going to a costume party, then dressing in scuba gear might be a little uncomfortable (although if anyone spilled their drink, you wouldn’t get wet!).
If you’re wearing your scuba gear to run errands or simply to loll around the house, then, yes, I too might want to know exactly WHAT is going on in your cute rubber-covered head!

Invite them to a discover scuba so they can understand… of course, scuba gear is REALLY uncomfortable topside, so hopefully you’re gearing up to go diving!
