Lets not start …
Lets not start making umptions on what is safe. Safety stop is there for a reason. If you spent an hour under water and went straight to the surface you will get bends. There is no way around it. Now you might get light version of bends and feel like crap for next 4 days or you may pass out on the boat. Scuba diving comes with responsibilities and that is why you are required to get a certification and thus learn how to dive safely. Kudos to these 2 guys swimming in the pool. Just be safe.
