What is the best buy scuba regulator for both recreational and technical diving which is set include octi.?

Scuba Regulator with 1st stage and 2nd stage with Octi.
What type of test to ensure is it good…brand like scuba pro, Apeks and US diver brands…which is the best at best value for money.

Look to Mares Dive regulators. All of their regs are certified for cold water dives. The Proton Ice Extreme has been tested by the U.S.Navy divers to tempuatures as low as 29 degreesF, you will pay NOW a little more but much less later and check out the link below and search the web site for Mare dive regulators.

Does an Apeks scuba regulator have an O ring between the first stage and the BCD inflator hose?
