Look to Mares Dive regulators. All of their regs are certified for cold water dives. The Proton Ice Extreme has been tested by the U.S.Navy divers to tempuatures as low as 29 degreesF, you will pay NOW a little more but much less later and check out the link below and search the web site for Mare dive regulators.<br />
